Copyright Infringement Notice

FindImage.net respects the intellectual property rights of others. All images displayed on this site are sourced from third-party platforms (Pixabay, Pexels, Unsplash) that operate under free-use licenses. We do not host images on our servers — images are served directly from their source platforms.

How Images Appear on FindImage.net

  • We use the official APIs of Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash to discover and display images.
  • Images are served directly from their source platform CDNs, not from our servers.
  • All images displayed have been published on their source platforms under free-use licenses by their uploaders.
  • If an image has been uploaded to a source platform without the copyright holder's permission, the issue originates at the source platform.

Filing a Takedown Request

If you believe your copyrighted work is being displayed on FindImage.net without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The specific URL(s) on FindImage.net where the material appears.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send Notices

Email: [email protected]
Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Request"

Our Response

  • We will review all valid takedown requests promptly, typically within 5 business days.
  • If the request is valid, we will remove the image from our cached results.
  • We will direct you to the source platform (Pixabay, Pexels, or Unsplash) where the original upload should also be addressed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

FindImage.net will remove content associated with repeat infringers from its cached results.

Important Note

Since FindImage.net does not host images (they are served from Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash CDNs), removing an image from our results does not remove it from the internet. You should also file a takedown request directly with the platform where the image was originally uploaded.
